Terms & conditions
The terms that apply when you order from Jeszara Farm & Timber Products Limited. Last updated: 16 October 2026.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services supplied by Jeszara Farm & Timber Products Limited (“the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Our range includes garden sheds, garden rooms, garden chalets, bike sheds, wheelie bin stores, timber buildings and other standard or bespoke timber products.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. All orders must be paid in full before they are accepted for processing, manufacturing or scheduling for delivery and installation.
All prices on our website are in euro and include VAT, delivery and installation anywhere in the Republic of Ireland, unless stated otherwise. Any additional charges, for example for custom sizes or difficult access, will be agreed with you before you order.
We take care to keep prices accurate. If an obvious pricing error is made, we will contact you before processing the order, and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Please check your order carefully, including the product, size, finish and any custom details, before you pay. You are responsible for making sure the size you choose suits your space and base.
For custom builds, the specification we confirm with you in writing forms part of your order.
We deliver and install our products anywhere in the Republic of Ireland. Most orders are delivered and installed around 2 to 3 weeks after payment, but this can vary with demand, weather and the product ordered. We will agree a delivery and installation date with you.
Delivery dates are estimates. We will keep you informed of any delay and, where a delay is our responsibility, your statutory rights are not affected.
Every building needs a solid, level base, such as a concrete slab or well-laid paving slabs, ready and fully set before installation day. Preparing the base is your responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. See our shed base guide for advice.
If the base is not ready, not level or not suitable, we may need to rearrange installation, and reasonable additional costs may apply.
Please make sure there is clear, safe access from where our vehicle parks to the installation site, and tell us in advance about steps, narrow passages, locked gates or anything else that could affect delivery. If access is not as described and installation cannot go ahead, reasonable additional costs may apply.
Most garden buildings behind a house in Ireland are exempt from planning permission, but it is your responsibility to make sure your building complies with planning rules and any conditions on your property. See our planning permission guide for general information.
Cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. Genuinely custom-made and personalised products are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If there is a problem with your product or installation, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photographs. We will work with you to put it right, and you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under consumer law.
Timber is a natural material and may show variations in grain, knots and colour, and may move slightly with changes in temperature and moisture. These natural characteristics are not defects. To get the longest life from your building, we recommend treating the timber regularly with a suitable wood preservative and keeping gutters and the area around the building clear.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received and the goods are delivered. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once delivery and installation are complete.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or that is caused by matters outside our control, such as unsuitable bases, ground movement or failure to maintain the timber.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, supply shortages or transport disruption. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and agree a new date.
We use your personal information to process your order and deliver and install your products, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
